Admin and billing

Two groups. Admin holds Users, Service accounts, Authentication and License, for administrators and the owner. Billing holds Account and Invoices, for the owner. The audit log, opened from the header, is for administrators and the owner too.

Users

Everyone in the account, with their role. Filter the list by role. Add users by email. Each new user receives an email and sets a password through New user / Forgot password on the sign-in dialog. Change a user's role, or delete users, from this page. See Users and roles.

Service accounts

The programs that call the API on their own behalf, each with a name, a role and a key. Create one, change its role, rotate its key, delete it. The key is shown once, when it is created or rotated. See Service accounts.

Authentication

The session cookie, the password policy, session lifetimes, the allowed email domain, and the emails sent to users. See Authentication.

License

The account name and three administrator actions: license key rotation, encryption key rotation, and the account freeze.

Audit log

What changed in the account and who changed it, from agents published and indexed to configuration edited and failed sign-ins. Filter by type, by user, and by time. The page opens from its icon in the header. See Audit log.

Account

The billing side of the account, for the owner: upgrade to the paid service, or delete the account. Billing starts only with that upgrade; agents and configuration carry over. Deleting the account is permanent.

Invoices

Itemized invoices with prorated charges, current and past. The current invoice shows the charges so far and a projection for the end of the month; past invoices show what was charged.
