The agent server is free

Search2o agent server runs in your enterprise. It is source available and has no license fee.

Search2o Cloud is free during the beta

The agent server uses Search2o Cloud to manage state. This service will be charged for when it becomes generally available. The platform is currently in beta and is free of charge.

General availability pricing

General availability pricing is expected to have four parts: a platform fee, a fee per developer, a storage fee based on units stored, and a usage fee based on calls to the cloud. There will be no fee per user, so you pay only for what you use. These rates are expected to be comparable to those of other AI platforms.

Usage limits

Your free account has usage limits. If they limit your work, please send us a message from the UI and we will raise them.

Switching to the paid service

When the paid service is available, you will be able to upgrade from the Account page. We plan to offer the paid service in January 2027.
